| 报告摘要： | The problem of decomposing a polynomial into the sum of powers of linear forms is a variant of the Waring problem in number theory. In this talk, I will first state the Waring problem for polynomials and its variants. Then I will present some new results related to this problem and explain the relation between this problem and algebraic geometry. If time permits, I will also discuss some numerical examples. |
